The glowing red sun on the cover of the first book in The Hobbit series is the inspiration for our EXPLORE design. Joe loved reading, especially historic and fictional stories that stretched his imagination. His shelves were full of books he could grab at a moment's notice and be transported into any time, place or world. Two of Joe's favorite series were The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. We wanted a design inspired by these stories to honor and remember the fun and adventures Joe found in reading.
