Frontline Shirt: 
One of Joe’s most admirable qualities was his desire to help others which inspired him to enroll in EMT school. He hated seeing anyone suffer and would do anything to comfort and help those around him.  Unfortunately, Joe passed away before he could graduate.  In his memory, the Arkansas Department of Health issued Joe a certificate from the Section of Emergency Medical Services.  The COVID 19 pandemic has left us in awe of our brave frontline workers.  We believe the words on our Frontline shirt describe the characteristics these hardworking men and women embody.  We thank all health care and emergency workers caring for the sick during the pandemic.
